MUSYAWARAT ( Council, Consultation ), Revealed At : Makkah
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
Lahu Mā Fī As-Samāwāti Wa Mā Fī Al-'Arđi Wa Huwa Al-`Alīyu Al-`Ažīmu
Kepunyaan-Nya-lah apa yang ada di langit dan apa yang ada di bumi. Dan Dialah yang Maha Tinggi lagi Maha Besar.
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and He is the Most High, the Most Great.
