YANG BER SHAF-SHAF ( Those who set the ranks ), Revealed At : Makkah
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِينَ
'Innā Kadhālika Naf`alu Bil-Mujrimīna
Sesungguhnya demikianlah Kami berbuat terhadap orang-orang yang berbuat jahat.
Indeed, that is how We deal with the criminals.
