YANG BER SHAF-SHAF ( Those who set the ranks ), Revealed At : Makkah
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
قَالُوا بَل لَّمْ تَكُونُوا مُؤْمِنِينَ
Qālū Bal Lam Takūnū Mu'uminīna
Pemimpin-pemimpin mereka menjawab: "Sebenarnya kamulah yang tidak beriman".
The oppressors will say, "Rather, you [yourselves] were not believers,
