PENGUMPAT ( The Traducer  ), Revealed At : Makkah 

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ

Allatī Taţţali`u `Alá Al-'Af'idahi

yang (membakar) sampai ke hati.

Which mounts directed at the hearts.
