ORANG-ORANG YANG CURANG ( Defrauding  ), Revealed At : Makkah 

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

كِتَابٌ مَّرْقُومٌ

Kitābun Marqūmun

(Yaitu) kitab yang bertulis,

It is [their destination recorded in] a register inscribed
