BULAN ( The moon  ), Revealed At : Makkah 

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ بِالنُّذُرِ

Kadhdhabat Qawmu Lūţin Bin-Nudhuri

Kaum Luth-pun telah mendustakan ancaman-ancaman (nabinya).

The people of Lot denied the warning.
