YANG BERLUTUT ( Crouching ), Revealed At : Makkah
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
Tanzīlu Al-Kitābi Mina Allāhi Al-`Azīzi Al-Ĥakīmi
Kitab (ini) diturunkan dari Allah Yang Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijaksana.
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
