YAA SIIN ( Ya Seen ), Revealed At : Makkah
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
لَقَدْ حَقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Laqad Ĥaqqa Al-Qawlu `Alá 'Aktharihim Fahum Lā Yu'uminūna
Sesungguhnya telah pasti berlaku perkataan (ketentuan Allah) terhadap kebanyakan mereka, kerena mereka tidak beriman.
Already the word has come into effect upon most of them, so they do not believe.
