ORANG-ORANG YANG BERIMAN ( The Believers ), Revealed At : Makkah
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَهْتَدُونَ
Wa Laqad 'Ātaynā Mūsá Al-Kitāba La`allahum Yahtadūna
Dan sesungguhnya telah Kami berikan Al Kitab (Taurat) kepada Musa, agar mereka (Bani Israil) mendapat petunjuk.
And We certainly gave Moses the Scripture that perhaps they would be guided.
